    68 sport seats

    Hi,
I have a pair of 68 sport seats that I would like to find a home for. These were in my 62 356. The previous owner was doing an outlaw/update in the early 70's and never followed through. These seats were never used, just mounted in the car and sat for years in storage. I would consider them to be in exellent condition. There are some blemishes in the vynil, but nothing big. They have an aftermarket set of mounts attached to the bottoms, but I can have them professionally removed for no extra cost if that is helpful. I am spending money like a drunken sailor on my 356 right now so I would like to find someone who would appreciate these seats and help me drive my car this spring. I have no knowledge of the 911/912 world, but I was told these should be worth $4-5 thousand dollars. I hate to say it, because I hate it when people do it, but I will take best offer. If there is no interest I will put them on ebay. I can bring them to the Hershey meet no charge. Thanks for the space.

Both Seats are Driver's side on the 67's w/o headrests. I thought they were different on the 68's. Nice seats but should be priced on this forum.

In 68 both seats are "drivers side", but the tip bracket became "handed".

Also note that the aftermarket seats that Recaro sold for years were in this model as well (drivers side only).
