    Books

Hi. I have just (in Australia) bought a 1970 2.2S that is a UK car with matching numbers, but "updated" (desecrated?) to turbo wide body and later interior etc. I am sure whoever did it thought it was a great idea - there is no accounting for taste!

I will return it to original over time and am looking for guidance on the best reference book/s for buying stuff eg if I am looking for wheels, what part number and date do I need to look for? Is that kind of thing written down or is it just in various peoples heads around the globe?

    Cheers

    Mitchell

PS I have taken out membership but haven't got number yet.
