    Recaro seats. Houndstooth!

From an E21. Freshly redone in German vinyl and domestic houndstooth.

    Thanks for looking!

Hard to believe any Rgruppe folks don't want these.
850 + shipping will get em.

    Just in case

Anyone is thinking about restoring a pair of these seats, I have spent the time and effort to make a mold of the lower bolster foam which will make the job of re-doing them a whole lot easier.

If anyone wants to "loan" me a set of the early 911 sport seat bolsters, I could do the same thing.

    Houndstooth Seats

I assume the seats will fit a 70 911? Do they just bolt in or are there special brackets? Do you know where to source the sliders and mounting brackets?

You can call me on my cell 978-578-4131 or email fmdeleo@comcast.net
    Thanks,
    Fran

Hi Fran, I have the same seats in my 73. You will need Weltmeister seat adapters to mount these in your car. I also used sliders from a midyear 911 because it keeps the seat low in the car.

    So buy these seats

Just to reiterate, theses seats are sold, but if anyone on this board finds a set and needs bits, I have some residual stuff. No P-car adaptors, though.
    Pm me with your wants.

I have a set available similar to these but different head rests and little different pattern, see pics.
    What are these worth?

They do have the Porsche mechanisms and sliders, I just took them out of a 911 from 1971.
Let me know if someone is interested.
