    Update on 11830133!

Well, I've been off the 911 project for a little while, but it's back up to full steam again!

    1. The metal fenders I bought are being reworked expensively. But, the car will finally have correct fenders on it again! Bye bye fiberglass.

    2. Got a nice set of original H1's for it.

    3. After much agony and many fitful nights of internal debate, I have decided to stray from the original Polo Red paint and go with Bahama Yellow. I really wanted a cool 60's color for it, and Bahama Yellow it is!

    4. The body of the car was in pretty good shape. I did find that the rockers were replaced at some point, once I got the paint off! There was a bunch of lead filler in it in places to smooth it out, which I tried to leave alone where I could. Found some little rust spots in the doors and the front edge of the hood, and those are being attended to also. Not bad!

    5. Here are a couple of little videos I took when I pulled it out of the garage for the first time in quite a while. Not sure the people in the park thought my car was very spiffy.

Can't wait to get it back from the body shop and get it back together! There are a couple of tidbits I'm going to need to finish it, looks like I need to catch up on the classifieds, too.

Those are some of the funniest videos I've seen in a long time! Great! Nice to see the sun again no doubt!
