Help on a value for an 80SC targa (need it fast)

80 911 SC Targa Blue metallic some stone chips, a couple scratche but 95 percent org paint 1 owner 54K miles Sticker, bill of sale etc.
Deck lid partially repainted due to a truck backing in to it

Blue metallic 8-10
Full Cork Leather in 9-10 shape
Sport seats both sides
Sport shocks factory
Power windows
Original radio
Ac works ( when charged like any SC
Saratoga top and regular targa top
16 inch wheels I believe the tires are larger on the rear
Car always garaged but not covered ( read dusty as heck)
covered 15K Miles since 1987

Much service history but needs a major service beca

Sport clutch added at 37K miles

Mods
Speedo done to get rid of 85mph limit documented
Pop-off Valve

No carrera tensioners

PPI sugestions

Repack front wheels
Valve adjust and turbo covers
Replace hoses and belts
Flush and replace all fluids
needs a huge detailing
Some of the annodized trim is wearing off

My to do list

I would also change the AC out for a new unit
Carrera tensioners during valve adjust
Clean lower etc. etc.

what would you pay in todays market ?
