Generally I like to set expectations low rather than high. Very disappointing that the wrinkles were left in the tub, because the car tracks straight. Generally, you want the shop to pull the chassis, then straighten or replace the wrinkled panels, especially if insurance is paying for it.

Car looks to be sold, BTW, took less than 3 days.
