    1973 911T Lightweight with 2.7 Carrera Engine - SOLD

Having spent countless 100's of hours creating my 1973 2.7 Carrera Engined Lightweight, it is time to move on to the next project (perhaps a 68 T/R), and therefore I offer this car for sale.

Priced sensibly at £40K / $65K at current ex. rate on consider solid 1968T in exchange for start of next project

Covered in many posts on DDK, Pelican and the Early S Registry, and with 100's of pictures, I cannot list fully here the work and parts that have gone in to this car, but needless to say it is a good one.

I have an updated gallery and short video of the car here on Flickr :-

And a short video here :-

    Bilstein custom valved shocks
26mm Rear Torsion Bars (std. Front)
    Elephant Racing Polybronze Bushings
    Elephant Racing Monoballs
    Elephant Racing Strut Brace
    1974 Aluminium Rear Arms

    Brakes.
    Refurbished 'S' Alloy Brakes
New Disks and Ferodo DS2500 Pads

    Interior.
    Lightweight RS Carpets
    RS Door Panels
    ST Seats
    TRS Harness
Tuthill Rear Cage / Seat & Harness Mounts
    Momo Prototipo Wheel
    RS 180mph Speedo
    'S' 7,200 rpm Tacho
    Clock / Radio Delete

    Engine / Gearbox.
Correct Type 911/83 2.7 Carrera MFI Engine refreshed at Tuthills
    Matching 915 Gearbox

    Bodywork.
Trim deleted for a 'smooth' finish with repaint in light ivory / whote

Absolutely too much to list with many articles and posts on DDK, Pelican and Early S Registry Forums.

Essential viewing and please do contact for more information and 100's of pictures.

I am moving on to another 911 project with Tuthills (but may PX GT3 for some summer track days) and so need to sell to enable that to happen.

I am in no rush so will not take silly offers.

Please do not hesitate to contact me on ian 'at' 911st.co.uk

I will assist with any overseas shipping - I am based in the UK.

    Hi Froggy

There are 100s of pictures on my Photobucket site that is linked in to my Signature.

Also do a Search on user 'highfield' on here and Pelican for lots of posts and articles on the car build.

I am in the UK, and at the moment £40K is about $60K plus shipping.

I would be delighted if the car went back to it's native US as it was a California import to me :-)
