I think the drum brake wheels are the best looking of the lot. Great job on the complete package!

    Nice Hardtop.

Yeah, the car is a well integrated package. Just great.

If I were lucky enough to own a cab, roadster or speedster Jens, I'd probably leave the hardtop on all the time.

Thanks Tom, love the "feel" of drums myself and even with a big motor, really don't need discs. Drilled GT backing plates w/scoops.

Platas, they're el-cheapo (at the time) Rossi aftermarket VW buckets, popular with Cal-look guys in the 1980s.
I've never seen them used on a 356 before, and wanted something different. Here's the usual application:

    No Sugarscoopes?...

They looked very familiar but I couldn't place the look...thought they were somehow modified "sugar scoopes" with turned around rings, or something....I think they look fantastic...as a matter of fact they look better on your 356-"Notch", than on the nice looking blue bug...Very classy and purposeful machine...I absolutely love it!...btw, this is the first time I've seen these kind of "Talbots" look just right!...that's it...everything is "just right".../ Lars...

At the risk of sounding like an auction troll, just have to say, the little Nocts has got some really " terrific eyeball "

Beautiful color and co-ordination of detail. Just stunning

And the habitat isn't too bad either ; - )
