Amount of Wurth underseal needed ?

    Hi,
I completely strip a 70 coupe body ; I plan to reapplied factory Wurth underseal, http://www.goodspeedmotoring.com/wur...one-guard.html

Does someone have experience on how many cans I need to redo all the underbody and inner fenders/quarters sections ? (I will not apply the product in the engine bay)

    Thanks !
    JD

I would say 4 to 5 bottles. One tip is to spray on a good primer before the Wurth undercoat. The SKS is water based, if you spray directly on to bare metal rust may form.

    Best regards,

I just shot a 67 'different type texture' and I shot front and rear compartments which your not doing, just about didn't make it with 8 bottles. 6 would make make me feel better 7 would make me feel a LOT better were I shooting a 70. Don't even attempt without the correct Wurth applicaton gun.

I have no problem with the theory that all men are created equal.

About a dozen, particularly if you are doing the thick "LWB" style.
