For Sale: 2.7 RS Spec. Engine Ready to Build

This is a 2.7 RS "Spec" Engine Ready to Build. A very nice kit if you are looking to build a 2.7 RS style engine.

    Everything that is included:

2.7L 7R Engine Case. Oil Bypass mod performed, Oil Squirters cleaned, Boat-tailed, Shuffle-pinned for racing, completely gone through by Ted @ German Precision. Date is "18-75". Case is UNSTAMPED with any type numbers or serial numbers. The numbers were not ground off or removed, this is a factory replacement no-numbers case. Ready to go.

2.7L Standard/Standard Crankshaft and Connecting Rods. Rods were rebushed, machined, and balanced, crank was measured, magnafluxed and polished. Ready to go.

2.7L Carrera RS Pistons and Cylinders - Mahle - NEW IN ORIGINAL BOX

1972 911 MFI Heads, Modified to RS Spec. 46/40mm Valves (All 12 Valves are New), no damage, Completely rebuilt with 3-angle Valve Grind/Valve Job, Ported out to RS size 36/36mm. Heads chamfered to 90mm for the 2.7 RS Pistons. Head machine work was over $1,200 alone not including the heads to start with or new valves/parts. Head machine work performed by Harry Bieker of Bieker Engineering in Oregon

Bosch "015" 2.4 911T MFI Pump Rebuilt by Gus Pfister with a factory 2.7 RS Space Cam. This pump has a completely Aluminum Housing, which is very rare. Date code is "23-72". This is a 2.7 RS Spec. Pump.

Other parts included: Turbo Valve Covers, Camshaft Housings (Towers), New Bearings, New Piston Rings, oil pump, intermediate shaft and chain boxes

I will sell everything listed above for $9,000 obo. I will try to make a package deal first; if nobody wants the package then I will consider offers for selling the parts.

Things that are not "correct" for a 2.7 RS engine, but could be included for $1,000 additional:

    Elgin "SOLEX" Camshafts, Refurbished

1969 911S MFI Throttle Bodies, matched to the cylinder heads above. Completely rebuilt, never used. Ready to go.

This is a perfect start to building a correct 911/83 MFI 2.7 RS Spec Engine. Everything is perfectly in spec. or rebuilt with ZERO Miles since the work
