    '68 SWT 911T now on eBay

    This was a CA list members car. Looks like it is now for sale in FLA. Starting price $39,500 !

    It appears that this '68 SWT remains unloved. Apparently, the current owner equates this lack of affection to the hood stripe which is now gone. Why is this car sitting so long? It is certainly rare and appears to be well sorted. Thoughts?

    Current owner is a flipper. Has 3 911 for sale at this time and 3 other casrs as well.

    Why is that an issue if he's a "flipper'?? It should be about the car not about him. You should know what your buying, your not going to go camping with the guy.

    I don't see where davep said that there is an issue with flippers. I read it to be an explanation of why this car has been offered for sale in multiple settings.

    P.S. Much better without the stripe.

    Thanks Tom. I have no issue with used car salemen earning a living. It just seemed apparent to me that the current owner purchased it with the intention of selling it.
