Source for pre sugarscoop 65-67 headlight rims?

Anyone know of a source for these? I know about the narrower VW aftermarket rim but want something like the originals. Thanks, Jim

You can use 911 631 933 00. That is the H4 rim, it can be used with the 65-67 Hella and Bosch headlights. Pelican may have them or you may have to go to a European supplier. I bought a pair of new Bosch H4s and didnt like the quality[wavy with Chinese like chrome] but others seem to be satisfied with the quality. The rims are about $100 each so I think it is better to look for older German made H4s with good rims, at about $125-$150 each. I cringe when I see a beetle rim on a 911

Thanks, Should have said I'm attempting to match one good original which will be used with the flat clear glass. Will the H4 allow that early glass? A search for your part number at Stoddard and Pelican turns up nothing, so I'm probably looking for used.

The early lenses with no "shelf" on top fit H4 Bosch headlights just fine. Euro Bosch 4487[oem 65-67 Euro 911] or the Hella 4475 lenses will diffuse the light as intended but clear ones will fit also. The Hella lenses are available still [not OEM Porsche] Try Brian Verbeek at www.karrera.net I think he should be able to help you find new rims
