    Door skins

I'm debating what to do about the doors on my current '67 project. The skins are pretty beat up. For the amount of effort it would take to fix them, might be better to reskin them???

Has anyone used the door skins offered by Stoddard? Good fit? Pictures?

    Thanks -

    door skins

I bought a pair from AJUSA some years ago that were touted as being easy to install and fit well...I have not used them YET, so I cannot comment on their fit .AJ says any body man can do the install easily! They are a lot closer than Ohio

If you are not doing a full restoration you may consider just replacing them with newer galvanized ones with side protection beams. They can be had cheaply, and will involve many fewer hours of labor.
I'm pretty sure they are all interchangeable , someone correct me if they aren't.

Not sure what the Stoddards ones are, but you can buy new door skins from Porsche. We use them quite often. The fit and quality is very good.

Alan - how many hours would you estimate it takes for the job? Simple cut, replace, re-gap?
