Does a trim screw go here 67 911?

Rear wheel arch trim panel could someone please look at theirs and advise if screw with trim ring goes there please. There is a place/hole provided to install one on both sides. Can't find pic in PET and it has been recovered so no tell tale hole in vinyl. I would imagine would be same on 65-68. Thank you.

No extra screws, just the one at the top of the panel as in your photo.

EDIT: Thanks, 58cab... didn't feel for a fastener, now know there is one.

Yes a screw goes there, but only through the board, not the vinyl. The vinyl is then pulled around and glued.
