    FS Torque Thrusts (4) 15"X7"

Like new set of 4 15X7 Torque Thrusts. $1500 shipped in CONUS. (SOLD) Was going to use them as track wheels for a 944 but they are way to nice to risk tearing them up.

    Lugs and washers

I do not have the lugs and washers but will see if I can source a set.

Thanks for checking on the washers/lugs, it is my understanding they are unobtainable - and have to be used with these wheels. Let me know your findings.

    Lugs/Washers

Looking at the AR website, it looks like they are readily available for $40 a set under the vintage accessories section. Am I missing something that makes them unique for our cars? I plan to call them tomorrow if my local contacts do not have an original set. Although if I was keeping them, I might go for a new set for $40 depending on the condition of what I find.

I'm pretty sure that the shank diameter and length are not good for Porsche fitment. Search the forum you should find a tread that explain the way to do it. It easy, just need a good machinist ; this is what I did for my set of AR like yours...

This is a good reference thread. See post # 95 to see the elusive lug nuts. Also, see the beginning of the thread for interesting details on machining these wheels for fitment.

I have not found info on how to re-create lug nuts. Cornpanzer, where are you?

    Lug Nuts

Was out West for the last couple of weeks. Keep running into dead ends on lugs. Anyone tried Lugnutking? He has what appears to be the proper lug nuts in stock, just not 100% sure they are the correct fit for our application. Anyone know the exact dimensions of the lug? Total Length, Shank Length and width? He also has AR style wheel caps, some with the AR logo. Interesting.

I once made a set by turning down the shank of some I bought on ebay. I think they were GM.

They all list em . But they are the duplex style which is .740 dia, So they need to be turned down..685

some say better to ream to the .740 , but the .685 seems to have been OK for 40 years,
