    1973 Dash Vinyl

I removed the radio from my 73 911 and installed the delete plate (galvanized steel). Where might I find a piece of the black vinyl with the correct texture to match the original pattern? The plate is 2&5/8" by 8&1/8" covering the opening. Any help appreciated.

If it helps I bought a ravaged pair of door panels for very little (speaker holes, torn etc) got the seller to unpick the vinyl, popped it in the post rolled up. Cost 10 bucks plus shipping. Cut my own piece. Door and dash vinyl the same.

    Dash facia material

Send me your address and I will drop you a piece. It might be a little bigger than you need, but you can cut it to fit. I am assuming it is the smooth pattern. If it is the basketweave pattern, let me know. Either way, no charge.

I am very sorry Mark. I looked everywhere and can not find the 73 material. I have lots of the basketweave. I must have sold the panels from the 73 and totally forgot. I only have the panel with the headlight switch, etc remaining from the 73.

I have an intact piece from the glove box. It probably shrank a bit as the width is 2.5". It is stretchy. Tony from Autobahn sent me a tan piece for nothin' so I'll be happy to pay it forward.

    Strato 102,
I would like that piece you have if it is black. How shall I go about getting it? Your help is appreciated.
