Hey Peter, Google does a fair translation of this. I just copied the text and pasted it in. Translate from Portuguese to English. I thought about posting it but it's pretty long.

It looks like there is a fair part taken from the RS book.
Perhaps David Withers(RealRS406) might like to have a look at the chassis plate pictured about 3/4 of the way through.

    Cheers,
    Dennis.

    Rs 406

    Hi Dennis,
This plate is definitely from my car and is the same image included in a number of threads here and on Pelican.
    Below is one of them.

The scratches etc on the paint are identical.
I believe it came from the Japanese guy selling the car on e-bay, before it came to Australia.

The car is now in the assembly stage, and will definitely be at the Concours in
    October.

    Now in english!

I'm most pleased to inform you that Zico, the author of the RS post in the Lehren Kraus Cafe forum, has managed (with help from another member Pedro) to begin translation of some texts, following your wishes.
Later on a new post will be started with the complete texts in english, but for now you can enjoy yourselves with a significant part already translated.
Zico also has a very interesting blog in english about Porsche history that might also be of interest for some of you.
    Enjoy
    Pedro
