Quail Lodge 2010, from a different point of view.

My Buddy is the instructor for these Yak CJ6 pilots that blasted over Quail Lodge on Friday, and Laguna Seca on Saturday. They had a spare seat, and were nice enough to let me tag along

It was awesome seeing you guys flying from the ground also. As you flew overhead, all I could think of was how much the hobby of restoring and flying a vintage war plane is compared to early 911's!

You must've had a lot of fun.

It was a blast. I don't usually fly that low, so it was a real rush. Those guys are really passionate about their flying, as much as the car guys are about their 911's. You can get a Yak CJ6 for the price of an early S, incidentally
