Seems like a bargain if it's as good as advertised. Aren't the poor fitting replacement dashes from Stoddard's $1300+?

Lakewell has one in stock; does anyone have this dash installed?
Thanks all,
I agree. The price looks good considering the alternative. I have one of the Stoddard units (Porsche OEM) in my car right now that was installed by a PO and it certainly doesn't look like the original. The finish is not vinyl and there is no removable speaker grate. The fit isn't all that bad though.
Here are some better pics I received from Wouter @ Lakewell. The dash looks GREAT to me.
Now, someone had mentioned to me that the speaker area isn't quite like an original. Can anyone comment on this from the pictures?
Cheers.

These are quite expensive guys ....
I've worked with Lakewell carpets before and they're great qualty. But for the dashboards... I reckon they just import them from Germany.
I found a German supplier which is cheaper and has probably(judging the pictures) this exact same dashboard. I got in touch with them but I am awaiting response.

I would not assume that this would fit better than the Stoddard's Porsche provided dash. I suspect that there are enough variations in the cars over the years that you will always have some issues. Would be interesting to hear if someone has bought and installed one and they fit better.

The real key is to figure out who is making these for dealers like Lakewell.
