    Correct Steering Wheels for 1967

I should know this, but I'm not sure. I believe that three wheels were offered in '67: plastic, leather wrapped and wood. My questions are:

o What size were they? Was there more than one size offered?

o Was the leather wheel simply a stock plastic one wrapped with leather?

    Thanks!

Yes, only 3 wheels were offered. All were 420mm, the leather wrapped was a very simple leather cover, no lining on it. No other size was offered, the only alternative offering of the wheel was whether you wanted it raised or not, and since this was part of the steering wheel it came as a separate part number.

    Always happy to help

Well, the later 400mm leather wheels have a soft rubber core, not leather over the ebonite. I would imagine the SWB 420 wheels were made in the same manner. I've never had one in my hands though.

The standard leather wrapped wheel in my 67S has a rubber core.
