Thumbs up Mike's Ride in Excellence

I enjoyed hearing the whole story of the evolution of Mike's 1969 911T, currently in short hood 911RSR form.

+1 here. Having watched the whole evolution at close range, both of Mike as a VW drag-race guy into an accomplished P-car road racer, and the car, from a really nice, plenty-fast RS-clone into a crazy-quick RSR, with a couple of extremely imaginative iterations in between, I must say that Mike has one of the most severe cases of the Porsche disease I have ever witnessed (not that there's anything wrong with that, to quote another terminal patient).

    Enjoy your retirement, buddy!

    Thumbs up

Whatever his name is, he's making me famous...

I have to thank Pete Stout at Excellence for giving me the opportunity to photograph Gagen's car, and for helping me to become a better writer. Everything about this shoot went well (after we unstuck the trailer ).

Mike is so enthusiastic and pays such attention to detail that it was easy to capture his intentions in words and images. Congrats!
