FS - 69 911t TUB, ENGINE, TRANNY matching nos

I have a 69 911T targa that I don't have time to repair. The shell has the typical rust issues that need to be addressed.

Comes with a matching numbers case and tranny which are both magnesium.

The tranny is a 901 5 speed and spins freely with good oil. Driving condition unknown.
The case is a 2.0L and will come with the crank, connecting rods, cams. These parts need to be checked, fluxed, cleaned etc by a shop. They appear to be all usuable after some reconditioning. The parts have been sitting for several years.
I have the rear targa glass as well.
Rear suspension included - no wheels or door trim.
Is $1750 to 2000 reasonable for this? I would rather sell to someone who can restore it rather than hacking up the body for certain parts.

The rust areas are: Suspension pan - gone, rockers, lower targa bar areas, left of dash section, possibly some floor areas -but the floor feels solid mostly.
