Smile FS: 930 oil pump, as new, race modified

For sale is a fully prepped 930 oil pump, which was completely disassembled, inspected, modified for higher flow and reassembled by Aaron Burnham (Burn Bros) for Supertec. I am not certain if this was a new pump when the work was done, as I bought it complete.

This turbo pump is as new...better than new actually and will outflow any factory 930 pump by a fair margin, although I don't know the exact lpm numbers.
I yalked to Aaron today and this pump will make a GT3 oil pump cry.

Configured like this one is, you'll spend $950 and have to wait, as they are built to order.

You can have this one for $800 shipped in the USA.

I shot Aaron an email to get a description...my guess is that the internals were cleaned up to smooth the right angles that generate flow resistance and turbulence.

    modification description

Regarding the machine work, I talked to Aaron today and the pressure side has been machined to get rid of the negative draft angles in the casting. The later pumps like the GT3, as well as the race pumps have this feature built in. Getting rid of the negative draft lets the oil flow down to the outlet/inlet instead of crawling up to it.
