    Glass screen jigs

Does anyone know if the front and rear skeleton windscreen jigs, are a genuine porsche or celette part. Anyone own one of these original jigs.

They are pictured in the workshop manual under the jig section.

They look fairly easy to make, just wondered if anyone had any information on these jigs.

    Hi Andy,

I have been bothering him too much lately. I have seen his jigs. Just wondered if they were a specific part.? I assume that they are.

Would like to know, see an original.

Dave, get in touch with Damon Josz, "SERIES900" here on the Registry. He has two Celette benches with all the jigs from SWB (he just finished my '66) through 996. And I have seen one of those Targa window jigs rusting out in his pile of junk cars, I assume he made it himself, as did the factory.
