    Help: 1966 Rundschreiben, "Sales Circular/Bulletin"

New German List members and others,

We are seeking information on what we think is #13 for 1966 sales bulletin which describes a special "deLuxe" Porsche 911 with a 1966 VIN (before 305101) but called a 1967 deLuxe Modell. One distinguishing feature might be twin mirrors. We know of at least three such cars. We know, from Kardex, that these "DeLuxe modells" were sold thru both U.S. and German dealers. Note: these would be "Sales" versus technical bulletins. Below is one Kardex for such a car, see the top for the R.S. 13/66 (not Rennsport but RundSchreiben we think) and Deluxe AND 1967 model! When search is back up, I will post a long link to the "deLuxe" models. Just for an example, I've posted a complete eBay auction for such Rundschreiben-could the DeLuxe have been in here!? Thanks!

I'm bumping this almost two year old post, to see if a new list member or an older one, perhaps, respond. I see on a google search that "Rundschreiben" literature has sold at various auctions. And, who knows, maybe someone has #13 for 1966 or some other mention of a "1967 deLuxe" Thanks!

That would be wonderful ! I'm told there were at least two types: technical and "sales," with the technical ones being better known. In any case, the applicable "R.S." on the kardex that we believe refers to a Rundschreiben would be in 1966, in the first half of the year, most likely around May. We're not sure if "13/66" is week 13 or #13. Thanks!

    Allen,

    I do have:
3/65 is related to the transmission
    5/65 is related to keys
4/66 which contains the holding plate P225 for Steinbock jack

But unfortunately I do not have #13.

Oh no Mr. Bill ! Just when we got our hopes up! Yours, btw, are the technical ones but perhaps, 13/66 is a "technical" (accessory) bulletin.

    Thanks for looking Mark.

    Rundschreiben

Here is what we are looking for, more or less. Did a list member buy these? Thanks.

I realize this is an older thread; however, I was curious if anyone has Rundschreiben collection? Or one in particular from 67.
My Kardex (Thx to Karim for translation help) has a mention of "see RS 10/67" written across it, so I am interested in any information.

    Thanks,
    Scott

Anyone reading this thread, please see the link below which is what generated the topic here. There are, at least, two types of Rundschreiben: the tehnical (bulletins) and Sales related ones. THe more common and easier to find are the former. Thanks.
