    Anyone read "hunt for 901"?

    Hey all!
Just got the book hunt for 901 last weekend written by Kevin Gosselin

About half way through and I must say it's quite exciting to read!
It's about the prototype gone missing after being showed for the first time in 1963.

    Anyone else read it?

Read it when we met the author at Lime Rock and he gave us a copy. Kevin is a real enthusiast and loves these cars.

Yep, I've read it, a fun read with enough historical fact thrown in to give a semblance of reality.

Bought it from the author when he was in the Twin Cities for an automotive art show/swap meet a couple years ago (?). Really nice guy...quite an enthusiast.

Yes, it's a fun read. I'll probably dig it out in another year or so and read it again.

Yes I've read it , but would give it a C+ for writing style and maybe a B+ for the Porsche content.

I've read it also and enjoyed it but found the writing hard to follow at times.

It's indeed a bit hard to follow sometimes and also the very eloborate food descriptions sidetrack a bit sometimes But a fun read!

It's worth reading but it's not a great book. The author tries to impress us too much with his knowledge of food and Porsches. That makes is a little tedious. One the other hand it's free. How can I complain about a free book. Check out Amazon for your Kindle.
