    what is the value of a set of 15 deep 6's that are all date stamped 71, in ok shape but should really stripped and repainted.

    I'm not a guru here but have deep sixes and follow
    the market for them. Based on the description, I'll say
    $1500- $2200.

    It sounds like you have deep sixes without hearts being they are dated '71. The market seems to like deep sixes with hearts even though they were made in much greater abundance than those without. If they are matching date code (months) they would be more desireable. I agree with Aldo on the price points for basic core to fair condition wheels.
