Some cool details from 300318 on eBay now

Has anyone ever seen these buttons for the carpets?

    Hex bolts on the hinges
No aluminum disc or rubber pad on the door switch
    Short lower dash pad
    Small ignition switch bezel
Stainless screws around bottom perimeter of door panel

Here is a good one- of course no aluminum behind the dash wood like a '64
But no logo on dash either
Plain ball shift knob, not the mushroom, but no shift pattern either

    Silver plating on linkages

You can see the backside of the chrome bumper horn- no vent

I think this is a great original car! Would love to own it but one Irish Green car at a time!

I wonder if the floors have been replaced, no horsehair mat, no undercoat, and they don't even have any surface rust in the bare spots. If so maybe that's when the carpet snaps were installed.

My car has the buttons, hex bolts on the hinges, no no aluminum disc or rubber pad on the door switch, small ignition switch bezel, stainless screws around bottom perimeter of door panel, no aluminum behind the dash, silver plating on linkages. But it does have a gray painted gas tank.

Looks to be original seat material. Six stripes of basketweave instead of the later five. Chris
