    Switches for Twin Plug Ignition

Hi, what purpose do the switches serve? Do they switch from one coil to another if one craps out, like a magneto switch on a aircraft engine? Thanks.

    Great for sorting out misfires.

Can be a real nightmare with 12 plugs.

Switch off one circuit and then the other to see where the problems lies.

Thanks guys! I'm getting ready to build something interesting and I plan on it having 12 plugs.
