    Hi Typ901-- I have a 68911L that has chrome signal switches that need replacing. I thought 1968 cars had by this time all black handles. Go figure? These look to be original. It is a early built 911L (title says built--1967). Vin-11810322, so it is a 1968 model year. Question is will your switch fit my wire harness hook up? I am interested in your switch if it will. Regards Chris

    hi Chris;
    another one of those early '68s like the ones that were still getting the '67 & earlier style deck lid grille ?
    you'll have to check the ends of the cables. if they look like the attached, i'm certain this switch will work & i'll guarantee that. fair enough? the later black lever switch uses a round plug along w/ some loose leads.
    please let me know.
    all best

    Thanks Guys-- I will check my cables and let you know hopefully tomorrow. Yes another early '68 911L my grill was missing when bought but I will put on a 67 type grill anyway to complete the SWB look. Also came with Aluminum case and is Euro Spec with small 912 style bumper trim and no side reflectors which is nice. Regards Chris
