    have a great thanksgiving

I know this doesn't belong in this category but I wanted to catch every one's eye and wish you and yours a happy thanksgiving, my favorite holiday with July 4th. I was just out in the barn tuning my family's skis, surrounded by Porsche stuff, sipping on some vino and felt the need to reach out to the group and wish all the best. Allthough I know no one personally I feel part of the fabric of the registry and look forward to my daily visits to this virtual magazine. I have a lot to be thankful for and feel blessed to be as fortunate as I am. Thanks and hats off to Chuck and the registry staff for an awesome job done. By the way we are opening (Jackson Hole Ski Resort) with 107" of snow on Sat., mana from heaven!! If any of you are heading this way to ski look me up. Once again all the best, Steve S Reg #2

    Hey Steve,

I "do" feel like we know each other personally (along with quite a few other guys) just by virtue of this board and our personal contacts..

I'm doing the vino right now myself, and Andy is tuning the skis (what are kids for?, and he learned from Greg Needell from the US Ski Team... ;-) )

Wish we had as much snow as you, but we will "make do" with our 2 ft at Mission Ridge.

As you've said the board is a great resource, and I count quite a few members here as true friends and family.

Best to you and yours Steve! (talk to you soon).

    Eric

Happy Turkey Day from the mountains. Tahoe got 4' over the last weekend, Heavenly felt like like it was mid to late December. La Nina is vicious Day 1 and I'm feeling it right now, holy glucosomine Batman.
Enjoying the Pinot up here as well. I'm going to get a couple turns in before noon, watch the Cowboys win (hopefully) and be grateful that the Pumpkin (Porsche) is sitting in a nice warm hangar in Reno.
Chuck, the weather is forecast to get bad starting Saturday, be safe on the 99
