if we don't get any snow this week, a few of us are planning a run next weekend....let me know if you'd be interested in joining us, we'll keep an eye on the weather and plan a route....likely meeting at the rest area, just south of exit 5 on the palisades parkway, convenient to the tappan zee bridge, george washington, as well as all the usual spots in and around NYC

leaning towards saturday based on current forecast...some flurries around a day or 2 this week, but probably not enough to bring out the (expensive) salt trucks....we'll keep the thread current....current plan is to meet the metro guys just south of exit 5 on the palisades, easy access from NY/NJ/CT/PA, then head up on some twisties thru bear mountain, past west point, storm king highway, and meet with the rest of the group around pine bush NY.....then tour the eastern side of the hudson river, switching between NY and CT a few times....should be a nice day for it.

    Mark,
Looks to be the last C&C in Chatham this Saturday also. Are you going? I will be there if it's still on. Looks like a great day to exercise the cars.

Hey Steve. C&C is okay. But a drive with a bunch of nuts is much better. See above post by Sonett (Lewis) Why not join us? I would enjoy meeting you and seeing your car and I'm sure it will be a blast.

come on, steve, you will certainly enjoy the drive, and I promise, No gravel roads....

since the expected number of attendees is small, we could meet at my house, or the rest area south of exit 5 on the palisades....I have better coffee

I would love to do the drive and meet the locals P-Boys, believe me, but I really have meet some folks at the C&C and have the afternoon to do 'house chores' for the wifey and little one. This weather pattern nowadays is uncertain. We are down to specific 'perfect days to enjoy some car exercises.
