76 911S project factory lime green

    sale pending

    Chassis:9116200916 Engine type:911 82 serial:6460892 Paint code: 259-9-2

Zero rust, never wrecked. Color changed to red. Paint looks great from 10 feet, other than the RR. Up close there is shrinkage, and well, it's a resale red color change. Beautiful dent free floor pan. Factory gaps.

Odometer reads 203,586. I have no records for the car.

Engine runs well. Idles smooth at 800 rpm, good power. No smoke other than standard start up puff. Triad header/exchangers, Triad muffler, all in good shape. Carrera tensioners, pop off valve, aftermaket fender mount cooler. Engine is grimy underneath, but leaks very little on the ground. I have to assume given the mileage that the engine has been worked on, but who knows.

Transmission shifts up and down through all of the gears well. No abnormal noises

Car drives well, stops well. Good tires (probably old). Straight rash free 6 & 7" Fuchs.

Interior is original and needs work. Sunroof inop. Drivers window regulator worn.

Overall, and exceptionally sound chassis for restoration. Wild 70s factory color

Clear, clean title that matches the chassis number on the car.

We haven't even gotten together to talk shop about the Slate Grey 67S and I am already seeing something that may be an opportunity for to open my wallet again. I better be careful when we meet.
