Dash Switch Restore, Revive, Rejuvenate ??

Has anyone had any success in bringing back to life the rubber surround on the 68 dash switches? Mine are looking pretty sick but it seems doing anything might finish destroying them. Any ideas??

Thanks Classic, I admit that I do occasionally buy something from SMC but usually don't include them in searches because they seem a bit pricey. I will get some of them on order.

Don't bother - just replace. I recently replaced mine with brand new. I got them from Will at CSP. Not cheap - I think they were around $18 each but they are soft and look great. The old ones were so old they just cracked when I removed the little disks.
