Where to buy accurate oil hose?

Wrapping up the last few details on "Ludwig" the 2.8 and I dont know where to source factory quality oil lines. I bought a replacement line from Pelican and not only did it not look accurate, it was very thin wall and kinked too easily.

I have a stash of the factory fittings and would like to build my own hose. Can anyone suggest a source for the hose and provide me with dimensions?

Which lines do you need? Chuck Moreland might be the guy to talk to. He helped me with my crossover line (for 911 gearbox) when I installed my front oil cooler. The line he supplied was good quality with braided cloth exterior, and looks pretty legit. In any event, he knows what is available.

Call Rich Walton at Jerry Woods. They have the correct Cohine German cloth covered nose. Just did my '69 lines. They also have a tool for assembly that doesn't gouge up the original aluminum collars. Perfect.

If you want to do the lines yourself the tool pictured is a must. Any good block of hard wood will work. Holds the collars nice and snug and does not damage anything. The hardest part is threading the steel fitting into the aluminum collar. The threads are real fine and easy to cross thread. Last tip, use lots of lube inside the hose when you assemble everything.

All the oil hose coming from Cohline is now wrap cured which give the nice original wrapped look on the outside of the hose. For a long time all they sold was a hose with a smooth shiny finish.

Brad did a nice job on my 69S oil cooler hoses. The labor cost was VERY fair in my opinion and he took great care to not mar the hose ends and use the choline hoses which he had to order. All parts cleaned and included aligning the hose ends so they mated to the connecting pieces. No leaks. Nice guy as well and I hope to see him in person some day.
