    Wanted to buy, SWB oil tank

    Wanted to buy

    SWB oil tank from 1965-1968

    I am NOT looking for a LWB tank, I have a couple already

    SWB tanks have a different shape and the easiest way to identify them is the "triangle" formed by the three bolts that hold the filter console to the tank.

    In an SWB tank the "triangle" points toward the BOTTOM of the tank.

    In an LWB tank the "triangle" points toward the TOP of the tank.

    I know these are hard to find but I know they are out there, I need one in serviceable condition (Pacific Oil Cooler just red-tagged my existing tank which is another story).

    Hello,

    i have an oil tank from my jan 66 911. It was replaced by a bigger aluminium tank for racing purposes. At this moment I do not know in what state it exactly is (servicable anyway becouse I used to drive with the car before conversion) If yu are intersted I will look it up for you. I will also dive into the matter of the value then. i'll also make pictures.
