Barn Find - trying to decide

These cars have apparently been found before but nobody made the deal.

Car 1 is vin 305149 is a 1967 911 (normal) Porsche (Reuter) coupe built in 1966 with engine #909133 which I think is probably the original engine.
The engine turned over but did not start.
A friend saw the car and took the pics, he reports surface rust but generally a solid car.
The pics seem to confirm this.

The red one is vin #11830193 is a 1968 911 USA Porsche (Reuter) coupe built in 1967.
The engine which is on the ground is #6292255 is a 1969 911E.
I have no pics of the inside of the red car but am told by a friend that there is a lot of rust, the floor would need to be replaced and probably much more.
The engine is under a roof and not subjected to the direct elements, but who knows in what condition with everything opened up.
The 1 positive I see is what appears to be Deep Sixes.

So the question is, what do the experts think?
I've posted on the other Porsche site but am told this is place to be for SWB cars.

I'm trying to decide on an offer.

Price is the factor I'm trying to figure out. The guy has new rubber, headliner and carpet kit to go along with the blue car.

If you are uncertain about an amount to offer, you may want to put a shout out to the Atlanta area members who are experienced with restorations for appraisal assistance. Tons of highly knowledgable experienced people here. That is, after your snow clears.
