    Pre-Purchase Inspection - Southern CA

    Can anyone recommend a good shop to have perform a PPI on a '73 911?

    The car is in Fallbrook, CA (approx. 1hr. from San Diego).

    I never met the guy, but I believe Henry Schmidt (on Pelican) is in Fallbrook too?

    Thanks Guys! TLG recommended Mark Allen at Vintage Excellence. He's going to look at the car this week so I'll let you know how it goes.

    If anyone needs a PPI in Southern California then I am available, specifically located in San Diego but I can travel any distance or bring the car to my shop. I have full knowledge of all areas concerning 65-73 cars.

    Thanks Mark (and Marco for the referral)!

    I couldn't be happier with the PPI. It was thorough and obvious Mark knew what he was looking for. He also did a good job of letting me know when things were happening and when to expect the report (which arrived on time).

    So again, thanks to Mark, and I'd suggest looking up Vintage Excellence if you're looking for a shop.

    On a side note: The car checked out, so looks like I'm joining the crew...
