We get the genuine braided fuel hose from Wurth, should be 7.5 mm ID for the return and engine bay hose, and should be 9 mm ID for the discharge line from the tank. (you can measure the steel lines in the tunnel to be sure) Besure to only use the norma clamps also from Wurth. They have a smooth clamping surface, don't use the generic worm drive clamps. They chew up the hose. Not sure what vent hose you mean, if you mean the vent hose in the front compartment you can get the correct vapor rated and color hose from McMaster-Carr. PVC yellow.

    Tull,

I can help with the 7.5mm braided line. Black cloth braided or steel braided. Both are Cohline hose.
You may be able to find it localy, if not I am happy to help.

The fuel delivery system would be best served if you could use the return to tank provision to allow the fuel to cycle through the carbs. (You would need to install an adjustable pressure relief downstream from the carbs to establish the 3.5 psi delivery pressure the Webers like.) This would be VERY effective to control fuel percolation issues a dead-end fuel supply system could have...

Tull, when I said "vent hose in the front compartment" I meant the vent hose system for the gas tank. You'll still need some kind of venting there even with carbs. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
