Thread: When was PCA located on Mt. Eagle Place in Alexandria, VA? 1950s? 1960s?

    When was PCA located on Mt. Eagle Place in Alexandria, VA? 1950s? 1960s?

    I've just run across a small parcel envelope from PCA's Executive Office when they were located at 1542 Mt. Eagle Place in Alexandria, VA. Between which years was PCA located there, please? The stamps on the envelope would suggest this was mailed sometime between 1956-1963.

    Does anyone know? The PCA website's history section doesn't seem to cover the details of their street address info over the years.

    My earliest Pano is September 66, Jane Nestlerode was executive sec'y, her address was on Clermont Dr. in Alexandria. At that time she did the club business from her basement. Guess you need someone with an earlier issue!! Sorry!

    Thanks, Ed. Much appreciated. So it's earlier than 1966, which fits.

    Anyone know when the first PCA grille badges were issued, with the E.F. Wiedmann, Frankfurt aM (am Main) manufacturer's mark on the reverse side?
