    Pretty good shape, not great. Pages are clean. A few spots on cover. Hard to find in any shape. $35 shipped in Lower 48. SOLD.

    Looks as though this was never read or opened as pages are like new. Only issues are what you can see. Slight wear/fade on binder and the spots on the cover. Feel free to make an offer.
