    "En rodage" means the car is in its break-in period. Not sure how that combines with "the most victorious".
    It's probably just a sticker to explain the car is in its break-in period and not being driven as fast as you'd expect...

    The other part of the sticker (la plus victorieuse, une porsche) being just a regular PORSCHE RULES kind of advertising. The formatting is a little confusing...
