It's nobody's business what cars I own. I will tell you one thing though, they're air cooled and I beat 'em like they owe me money.

Why [did] some people spend money to do that to a car I'll never figure.

But back in the day that was the thing to do. Update your 911. Who guessed the values would be where they are today. We know now that was a stupid thing to do...
I had a friend in High School who bought a brand new 68 Z28 Camaro. The first thing he did was put a 396 in it. We were young and dumb

Putting a 396 in, that isn't so bad.
But taking something that is as beautiful and perfect as a 67S and disfiguring it...
well it's kind of like what happened to Pam Anderson.

Not so much being dumb - but being tasteless.

Here's one with plenty of vision... bad vision. It comes from this month's Flat6 magazine's classifieds.

Someone took a 3.2 915 cab and paid good money to turn it into this: a 993 SPEEDSTER TT S. So not only is it a Frankencar, but it only has 231 hp.

Just think what the impact bumper guys will say about this car in a few years. Oh, man, I'm telling you. The beat goes on...
