Resto qn for a formerly Conda green 1970 911T

    Hi all,

When I bought the car that eventually become my ST clone it had been resprayed a very dark blue (probably 964 midnight blue).

The car was delivered in Conda green (2626). The inner wheel arches, inside floor and front trunk are now all black.

Would all of these areas originally have been green in a 1970 car?
    Cheers, Ryan

Most likely the trunk in body color and the rest would be black. I've seen the inside floors done in black or body color on original cars.

From what I understand the Karmann built cars had the black under hood, engine compartment treatments, the Porsche built shells were body paint colored in those areas.

The 71T I had, USA car with 45,000 mile, Karmann body, had black everywhere except in the front trunk.

    Floor was black

I owned a 70T Conda Green with original paint in the trunk and it was body color. I don't remember the vin# but I could get that if you needed it.
