    Question China?

    I have a small icon in the address bar of my browser that shows the national flag of the country where the server is that hosts the page being viewed.

    The Early 911s Registry is hosted in China? Gansu region? Are there a lot of Porsches there?

    The VA address is the address of the person responsible for the ip address. The one to contact if there is a problem, complaint, etc. The address in China is the physical location of the machine.
