    all prices include ground service to the lower 48. elsewhere @ additional expense.

    2) SWB door tops, side window trim & parcel shelf cross piece. $80 / all
    3) door threshold strips. stainless steel $35
    4) outside window trim. chrome over brass. '65 - '67 $60 / pr.
    5) map pocket trim. pass. side $25 ea.
    6) LWB TTG fog light mount set. repro $75
    7) front fender mount / wiring passage. $25

    Does the "11) louvered quarter window project $150" include everything in the pic?

    If so I´ll reserve em´ if you are willing to ship to Sweden?
