Hi Guys, yep it was a BIG one . Only 10km from the centre of chch and 5km deep so it has caused massive destruction. We have a few members in the area of which we have not been able to get hold of , so we hope they are ok.
Thanks to everybody who has sent me a PM , i am luckily in the nth of the country and away from the quake area .
I will update once we hear from our members in the area.

It appears this is from the same fault complex that caused the September 7.0. Buildings damaged then collapsed with this one. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
