    TX Pints of March Tour

Our February drive was a great success. I know that everyone had a great time. To think we had at least 18 cars between Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. I think we all enjoyed the conversation and fellowship.

So, Let's talk about next month.

I am going to call it the "Pints of March" drive. The plan is a leisurely drive from Austin in a Southern direction East of the I35 corridor. Final Destination is the K. Spoetzel Brewery in Shiner, TX.

We will tour the brewery and then further enjoy the hospitality room.

The plan is to leave at a time that allows us to arrive approximately 11:15am in Shiner. The tours are only from 11-3 on Saturdays. This brings me to the date.

I suggest Saturday, March 19. I realize this may be the week of spring break for lots of people. Too bad. You will probably be off drinking beer in some location other than central TX. Whomever is still in town are welcome.

I highly encourage SO's to come and enjoy the drive and festivities. This will likely not be a speed run but rather a time to enjoy. My wife will come with me on this one. The sitter is already booked!

Let's hope those from SA and Houston will drive over and meet us there.

ALL are welcome as long as they come with a smile.
