A few questions regarding paint and undercoating

    From my observation:

A '69 engine compartment is primer painted then a bumpy material is sprayed on, and then painted black....what is the bumpy rubbery material called? Is it available anywhere.

Is it possible to buy a 1969 color in an spray can?..custom mixed possibly?

Where can I buy the rubber tops for the light switch and rear window de-fogger, and the plastic rivets for the aluminum rocker cover.

    Thanks.

There are several types of undercoatings that you can use.
    I use Wurth SKS grey.
it matches the original perfectly and the you can paint right on top.
Most automotive paint stores will do spray cans now although I
don't believe it will be the same paint without catalyst.

You fellows have been a big help! Thanks very much!

Never heard of Sierra Madre before so I poked around their web site and saw a few things I need.
