    New Mercedes Spotted . . .

    . . . . on the freeway this morning --- 22 EB, ~1.5 mi before the I5 interchange.

    Badged as a B200 turbo. Here's some links:

    Looks like a dwarf R-class, which I kinda like and have considered lately as our family hauler, but I don't

    We've had the B class for some years here in Canada. Interesting cars - their price point is a touch too high for what they are (I guess you have to really want the MB nameplate). Good layout for a city car - you sit more upright and higher than you do in a Golf or Mazda 3. Since cars are somewhat more expensive in Canada, we have more hatchback options here than in the U.S. and they sell well. We also got the Smart several years before the U.S., and we got them in diesel.

    The facelifted B-class is slated for a US release sometime in the future, they're already here in the US as a F-cell hydrogen platform. Price will determine it's success.

    I have an A Klass in Mexico the B200 turbo has been available there for a while. These cars are really nice good performance and handle much better than SUV type cars.
